Ibibo.com presents- Great Indian idle people hunt

Ibibo.com has started a competition for the Indian bloggers under the name great Indian blogger hunt and they also set some prizes worth 1.5 crore. But I didn't understand to whom they really want to give the prize to.Initially when the competition is started ,I also joined thinking it will be fair. But in the end i found it merely a waste of time. There is nothing out there for a real blogger. It is just meant to cash the people who would love to waste their time sitting all the day creating new posts in Ibibo. They will give you rank on the basis of page impressions, comments, ratings by other users and posts. But the crap out there is your rating decreases considerably when some one rates you low but it wont increase with your ratings. They not even trace your ip.you can maintain two to three accounts easily rating yourself, writing comments. Most of the people do the same thing for getting comments as no one loves to see these blogs. All the things mentioned above can be done only by idle people only.Im pasting the top 5 blogs title, once you read them you can understand the quality of the competition out there.
rank 1 Mallika Sherawat - in the boldest clothes ever - Only for 18+
rank2 Bollywood videos pictures wallpapers desi babes
rank3 Pictures Worth Thousands of Words
rank4 All About All
rank5
. : M u s i n g s : .
Most of the content of the blogs is nothing except copying content from wikipedia,google.....and other sites. And you can find people to such a extent that they spend most of their day creating 200-300 posts.Normally after getting some score, you get 250 points a day.In almost one month the top scorer has
2823564.caluculate how many posts he might be doing all the day.Blogging is not junk.If you want to conduct some competition ,you should atleast come up with some policies that might get the best out of competitors. If you find yourself a really idle person,Go and join the hunt.

Truphone mobile VOIP offers Free Calls till December

Recently many VOIP companies have been offering free call offers and now Mobile VOIP companies seem to join the FREE VOIP Bash. I am sure the consumers are 2x happy to see more and more companies offering free calls to their favorite destinations.

Truphone, a leading Mobile VOIP company and close competitior to Fring has announced that they have extended the FREE Calls offer to 40 countries till Decemember 2007. Under this offer, all truphone (old and new) users will be able to make calls to landlines/mobiles of these 40 countries. That means its not restricted to truphone to truphone free calls. That's a great news.

Truphone has recently won a court case against T-Mobile who were blocking access to truphone services. Thats was great victory for Truphone and overall mobile VOIP industry which set to grow faster than residential VOIP in the next couple of years. This also proves that mobile VOIP are no more taken as "Startup Ideas".

This truphone offer is valid till December 2007 for Free calls however users will have to signup before 30 Sept 2007 in order to make free calls.

The following countries are supported under Free Call offer: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil (Rio de Janeiro & Sao Paulo only), Canada, Chile, China (Landline and Mobile), Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong (Landline & Mobile), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Korea (South), Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico (Guadalajara, Mexico City & Monterrey only), Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama City, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia (Moscow Central & St Petersburg only), Singapore (Landline & Mobile), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, US Virgin Islands, USA (Landline & Mobile)

Besides free calling, truphone has some great features such as Truphone SMS which is free across the world to another truphone user. They have a patented technology called SMS over IP. I strongly suggest everyone to try that.

The only majoy downside of truphone is they only support limited phones and it seems they seriously in love with Nokia. It seems that definately keeps them away from the real market. I hope they take this issue seriously and start designing their newer version more compatible with other brands and newer phones.

If you are already on truphone then start making free calls, if you never heard of them its probably a good time to register at Truphone

VOIP Companies are now breaking the barrier with seamless transition over GSM network and letting the users make cheap international calls over GSM

VOIP Companies are now breaking the barrier with seamless transition over GSM network and letting the users make cheap international calls over GSM at VOIP rate.
Gone are the days, when you are dependent on Wifi network to make free VOIPcalls

Truphone has successfully broke into the GSM arena with their latest "TruPhone Anywhere" launch. Truphone Anywhere gives users access to their Truphone minutes from the cellular network.

Lets see how this works. So when a user dials a number the Truphone VOIP application will check to see if Wi-Fi is available, routing the call over that network if possible. Otherwise the handset will call up the Truphone gateway and routes the call to the dialled number for connection over the internet.

How much will this cost?

The customer pays only for the call to the local Truphone server plus Truphone charges for the internet portion of the call, which is GBP 0.03 per minute to call any regular landline in more than 40 countries.

Of course, Truphone still offers totally free calls to over 40 countries. However this only work for people who signed up before February 2008. It's seriously the best way to make free calls to many countries in the world namely USA, UK, Singapore and most of the europe.

We believe Truphone Anywhere has lead the new wave of cross-routing calls. This will become big once major telecom companies will lead this business. You would see more joint ventures, takeovers happening in the telecom space. Everyone wants a fair share of the Mobile VOIP market.

Make Free Calls to any Mobile using IBIBO Hacking....

Alright everybody, vacation is over and now back to regular life. But when you get back from a vacation and you hear some good news, you don't feel sad that your vacation is over, you regain your charm. I just cam to know about some real good stuff and I am going to share that with you today.

Are you a member of ibibo.com? If not, be one now. Now you can talk to your friends on their mobile for FREE using iBibo. Yes, absolutely free. You can make free calls to your friend anywhere in India. You don't have to pay any STD charges or local charges. Its totally free.

So how can you do that?

Once you create your ibibo profile, you need to enable the call for free service. Once you enable the service and if your friend also has enabled the service, you can click on "Call for free" button on your friend's profile. Once you click on that button, you will get a call from a private number. Once you pick it up, then it will connect to your friend's mobile number and there you are, talking to your friend for free. So technically, you both are getting an incoming call which is free anyways.

One thing about this service is, you can keep your number hidden while talking to your friends. But that makes me think about the misuse and abusive use of this feature. Can you call any person who has this service enabled on ibibo? Or you can call only to those who are in your friend's list? I am not sure about that. That is a question to iBiBo team.

They are currently offering 10 mins free call to other registered users with maximum 2mins for one call; that makes up to maximum of 5 calls monthly, free!!

Now, the hack. (Taken From Voip Guides)

1) Register another account in cafe. (You can register as many account as you want, the email id should be different)
2) De-register your mobile from your first account. And register it here. (Ibibo allows this!!)3) Call your fiends free for another 10mins. :-)
4) Do this as many times as you want.
5) Every month all your accounts will be recharged with 10 free minutes. So you don't have to create new accounts to call your friends if you have many accounts created the previous month!!

e.g: If you have registered 10 accounts, you get 100 free minutes every month!!

From the hack, you can understand that this hack will only work if you live in India. However we know a huge number of readers here wanted this free calls solution for India to India free calls.
